Beginning with Ten Ahead
Most people arrive here having carried it all for a long time. The calendar at work that would impress anyone, the list at home that never gets shorter, the decisions that get made in minutes professionally and sit unresolved for months because they belong to nobody.
Nothing about that means you cannot cope. It usually means you have been coping for years, and it has stopped making sense.
What follows is how a partnership with Ten Ahead begins. It takes about four weeks from first conversation to a life that runs differently.
As featured in Tatler and The Telegraph. Working with teams at L'Oréal and the NHS.

How it begins
1.
A private conversation
Forty five minute call with our founder, Georgie or one of the Director team. We ask about the shape of your life, what is currently landing at eleven at night, and what you would take back first if you could. Most people find it is the first time anyone has asked.
2.
Your Chief of Life
We match you to one senior Lifestyle Manager, chosen for your household rather than drawn from a rota. You meet them before anything is agreed. If the fit is not right, we say so, because a partnership that runs for years is not something to get approximately right.
3.
The first thirty days.
Your Chief of Life learns your world properly: the advisers already around you, the providers, the household team, the rhythms nobody has ever written down. Somewhere in the first month, usually without warning, something you would have handled yourself is simply handled. That is the point at which most members say they had not realised how much they needed it.
Concierge
Fulfils requests. You ask, they book. Transactional, and it starts from zero every time
Personal assistant
Supports your tasks. The thinking, prioritising and remembering still sit with you
Lifestyle manager
Runs defined areas: travel, household, events
Chief of Life
Owns the whole. Carries the full context, anticipates, coordinates the other professionals, takes responsibility
