Management for
Family and lifestyle
The parts of life that never stop, handled by people who know your family, so you get your time and attention back.
There's a layer of life that runs underneath everything else. The school forms and the dentist and the car service. The holiday that needs booking before the dates go. The contractor who never called back. The birthday next week. None of it is difficult on its own. The weight is in the volume, and in being the only one keeping track of all of it. For most people that job has no name and no end. We give it one. We become the lifestyle office behind your family, the people who hold all of it, so it stops living in your head.

What actually changes
You stop being the one who has to remember. The trip is booked before it becomes urgent. The house is calm when you walk in. You're at the dinner rather than running it. The mental list that used to wake you at 3am is being held by someone else, and you trust them to hold it.
Who we work with
Families and individuals tend to come to us at the points where life outgrows the time available:
Busy parents running careers and a household at once, who want to be present for their children, not the family's logistics manager.
International and relocating families, moving country with schools, homes and continuity all to protect.
Multi-home households, where keeping two or three properties running well is a job in itself.
New chapters, a new baby, a separation, an ageing parent, a move, the moments when the load suddenly doubles
People who simply have the means to delegate this, and would rather spend their time elsewhere.

The home
For most families the home is where the load concentrates: staff to manage, maintenance to stay ahead of, the rhythm of the week to hold together. We run it like a private office, so the place you relax in isn't also the place that drains you.
It's a real investment, and it's meant to be. We work with a small number of clients, not a member base, so it's never a subscription you forget you're paying for. Plans are set around how much of life you want handled, and any outside costs, flights, staff, suppliers, are passed on exactly as they are, with nothing added on top. You'll always have the number before you commit to anything.
No, and the difference is the whole point. A PA does the tasks you hand them. A concierge books the thing you ask for. We build the system around your life and run it, so the tasks don't pile up waiting to be handed over in the first place. You're not managing us. We're managing it.
Completely. We learn how you like things done and then run things that way. You make the decisions that matter, we handle everything underneath them, and nothing happens that you wouldn't want to.
Discretion isn't a feature here, it's the job. Everyone we work with is vetted, NDAs are standard, and we're used to lives that need to stay out of view. The less you ever have to think about who knows what, the better we're doing.
With a conversation, not a pitch. We get a feel for your life and what's weighing on you, you get a feel for us. If it's a fit, the first few weeks are about learning how you run, and it gets quieter from there.
No, and we usually wouldn't want to. Good people are hard to find. We manage and get the best from the team you already trust, and only bring in new help where there's a genuine gap.
That's normal, and rather the point. Term time, summer, a move, a new baby, it flexes up and down with your life instead of sitting at one fixed setting.

Your lifestyle manager
You don't deal with a call centre or a rotating team. You work with one lifestyle manager who learns your family, the names, the routines, the preferences, how you like things done, and holds it all over time. The longer it runs, the less you have to explain and the more they anticipate. Everything is handled with complete discretion, and with NDAs wherever you want them.
